At this point we are just documenting and gathering information for our eventual lawsuit.At week 21 we had hope it would be repaired.

I would like to eventually get into larger investments or partnerships.It's been great so far seeing so many different perspectives, so can't wait to continue the learning!

We will be having our next meeting on March 30, 2017 (an event has been submitted), and are hoping to get enough interest to eventually have a robust REIA.I know there is a lot of interest in real estate investing in the Auburn/Opelika metro area, so if anyone has any thoughts on what we can do to to capture this interest and provide networking opportunities in our area, please let us know.

You should assume you will eventually become very involved in their financial affairs.

Again, I don't know anything about Toledo, but since you will likely want to refi out of that FHA loan eventually, you'll have to do your due diligence to make sure there's enough equity gain to facilitate that.Good luck!

With the funds, would pay off the draws against the LOC and then set aside remaining cash so we can eventually build up a war chest big enough to not have to utilize the LOC.

The last 4 unit I saw sold in Dover was 33 Park St it was listed for $290 and sold eventually for $271.

The moral to this is to have a strategy to eventually "Go big or go home!"

I'll sell the house with the lease in place, but they will eventually get booted.
