I don't think it was difficult,  but you do have to play close attention to the wording and definitely have a clear understanding of concepts.

Title companies do not like mechanics liens as it costs them money, which results in making the flipping process more difficult.  

It could be a number of problems like major foundation damage,difficult tenants and neighbors,dangerous neighborhood,etc.Just have to get in there and see for yourself.

Or, perhaps, and more than likely, I have just not found anything worth buying yet.While I like J-town, Hikes Point and Fern Creek because I grew up around those areas, I realize that those may be more difficult to get near 1% than say, in the west end or other areas. 

The con is it then becomes difficult for you to expense it.

As I have a well paying job and a good credit score, I believe it will not be too difficult for me to qualify for a conventional loan.

Always have a plan for next month...but raising grandchildren makes attending difficult.

But I was thinking, just as you said, that if someone doesn't move out, it would be really difficult to get them out.
