A simple "we don't have any rentals available at this time" would have been a better response, especially since your business is attached to your wife and you.

Getting an FHA loan would be simple and there is great cash flow opportunity.  

Take a simple example$250k home with 20%down @ 3.5% = $898/month of P&I (now)$250k home with 20%down @ 6% = $1200/month of P&I (5-8 yrs ago)Clearly there is a big difference of $300/month or $3600/yr… or to state it a different way the interest rate alone accounts for a 1.4% expense difference ($3600/250k).

If it is a simple repair then I don't see a problem, but if the electrician tells me that it needs to be upgraded, my thought is what did they do the previous years before I bought the house.  

Hello to all.Life is too short to deal with bad servicers, bad lenders and companies that don't care.Servicing should be simple from the clients perspective...and it should offer the client a combination of great CS, confidence in their operations and a solid, interactive technology platform. 

There are a few companies that just provide the simple rental application.

Contacts as a wholesaler should be simple!

I suggest keep things simple and look for alternative investment options.
