I have nothing to say about DC Fawcett, except that those who follow him seem to have positive statements.However, in my opinion, KAREN HANOVER IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM ARTIST.

Trying to find out if they are a scam or not.I am new to the real estate world, but have always had a big interest in renovating and flipping properties.

There are tons of paid resources out there that claim to give you the best listings for foreclosed and seized properties, but the majority are scams as far as I can tell.

I'm not pot smoker, but I'm not anti marijuana.

and are maybe not familiar with the Anti Spam culture of the site.I see that you and your sister run a Marketing Agency, sell yellow lined paper and such.

It will make everyone else an easier target of this scam than yourself.

So don't waste ur money it's all a scam I promise!! 

She hasn't done a day in jail and there's no lawsuit or records of fraud anywhere.The people who claim she is a scam are those selling competing real estate courses so it's financially beneficial for them to make up stories about her just to sell their own courses.

I have considered investing in Mexico but the thing that keeps me away is fear that the people of Mexico could vote in a socialist government with anti foreigner ownership laws.  

What followed was pictures of the we buy houses signs all over the state, ads in the papers, with tons of advice on how to avoid these "scams", and the horrors that could follow if you do.Apparently just losing your house is best.gee thanks Channel 6.
