The main concern that, Property Management Companies in Columbia MD are facing now, is security of properties they represent.

I would express our concern for their health and well being.

My only concern was that I'm not very familiar with trailers and I was curious if there was any difference between a SFH for example and a trailer.

When i got my portfolio past 10 properties life got a lot easier... better systems for management, had enough maintenance work to find 1-2 reliable guys, and wasnt so concerned when 1 would go vacant as i still had 9 others cash flowing.
