I was in your shoes not too long ago. 

Boat storage is also a zoning issue, need to be zoned appropriately.

We would simply install a piece of storage furniture called a chifferobe (a free-standing closet) and that would settle the issue. 

Do not use your balcony as storage or to dry clothes.

This will help both you and the realtor to focus.Retail store fronts, offices, Medical complexes, Storage, Truckstops, Parking lots, bowling alley, Governmental, contractor buildings, etc. 

I currently have a storage facility and I am looking to add more units and I would like to get loan with a fixed rate and not a balloon payment.

I replaced it with a 40 gallon that we picked up scratch & dent that I had in storage.

People who see this relationship as math might not want to rent homes or apartments to others but consider other types of investments like storage units or office space.
