I'm sure you're using it already, but auction.com (website and app) is a good tool for locating foreclosures and more importantly their auction dates.

If you define you process well then even Excel or a project management tool such as MSProject can help.Paul, I think staying in your own backyard in the notes world is bad advice.

It's a very useful tool if used wisely. 

I did a cash out and got $55k out without a identified property at the time that I tool it out but was able to close a killer deal with that cash that I had sitting out.
