:)Though apartment buildings are larger deals compared to SFR, the same idea still prevails in that the buyer will still have to undergo a due diligence period and if you, as the wholesaler, has a good relationship with the seller and he/she knows that you are essentially brokering the deal, so I don't really see any problems here. 

I've also had people traveling for a semester at a local bible college either as students or teachers, people undergoing training and technical institutes, seasonal forest service workers, construction workers, a divorcee who needed a quick exit from her current situation, a mother and daughter traveling for medical treatment for the child, and several people relocating to the area who haven't yet found permanent housing.
