While I'm on the subject - something that really irritates me is when one of my clients is trying to do something and the other business party with whom my client is working (or trying to work) is leery about something and consults their attorney (that part is great - I encourage everyone to make well informed decisions).

I'm with ya on caulk.It irritates me to see people caulking and have it every where.I also can't stand it when people use 100% silicone and stands out like a sore thumb on the outside of the building.The window/siding guys I use are very conserative on caulk.

They clue you to the presence of mold and if positive you can send it to a lab for about $50 to learn if its a toxic mold or not.

The housing industry just wastes so much material, and the material put into new houses is quite toxic!
