That works great for a lot of things...AC registers, light switches and outlet covers, towel bars, shower curtain rods, soap dishes, exhaust hoods above the range, the range itself, fridges, windows..heck I even refinish showers and bath tubs with appliance epoxy spray paint...love it...

The comment was made to spark conversation about the irony of people who get on their soap boxes to cry and whine about their handymen ripping them off by charging an extra $20 while at the same time applauding deals like yours. 

We tried: 3 different types of enzyme cleaners that had good reviews, water and vinegar, soap, essential oils, lots of scrubbing, cleaned our air ducts, and most recently an odor sealer on the floor that dries clear.

But you would still end up paying the full short-term tax rate.In order to achieve long-term treatment, you'd have to wait on signing the agreement to sell out your share until 1 year anniversary.

After celebrating my one year anniversary with a plumber who installed gas lines that could have killed me, and with the water lines still uninstalled, I found a plumber to tear out the first guys work and do things correctly.

I recommend some soap-on-a-rope.

My wife and I just celebrated our 40th anniversary and are our one and only for each other.

It looks like the the prior responses were from people owning single family or duplexes,but in bigger buildings it is very uncommon to have hookups in each apartment.but the problems can be several,  one of them, if they put the drain in the sink in scared that the soap etc.

But I won’t get on my soap box about that here.
