I obtained my Texas Real Estate License in August 2015 but it is still on inactive status.Like most, my interst in real estate centers on the potential for additional income and financial freedom.

Billboards would be tough with the screening wall on the Interstate and that there are already two billboards on Rt 1 (there are spacing requirements).

I think it is close to Interstate 30 where they just completed a new mall with Bass Pro as an anchor store.  

Due to it being a farm town, Dixon does have some lower income areas but is a very safe community.Vacaville, to the North of interstate 80 (I-80) tends to lend itself to more valuable homes and more desirable neighborhoods and good schools.

I've personally had good success in rentals in VT working with some of the smaller college towns along the interstate: Northfield, S Royalton, Lyndonville to name a few.  

Located within 1/4 mile of an interstate or off-ramp.Location should be a natural or known stopping point for travelers.

However, it's 90 minutes from New York City via a major interstate located 10 minutes from the property.  

It's the closest of any properties to the interstate.

I was very intersted but didnt have an vacancies at the time.
