Literally write out which scenario works for you, FOCUS and work like heck for your goal! 

I would focus on the bad debt.

When talking about real estate holdco’s, the focus is on the assets which would be the real estate itself and the shares may be in an operating corporation that “manages the property”.

David Hald Two items from my point of view:1) I would encourage you to focus on finding the real estate first then worry about the financing.

My area of focus is multi family, and we own 57 units in Abq.The city is very diverse, there are some great neighborhoods and some less desirable ones.

I suppose people are focusing on flips in major metros rather than vacation spots?

However, I have been having issues interacting with male clients as I have been taking and assessing leads (my focus is on wholesaling for now).
