I've been going through this debate in my head since I have saved up a pretty decent amount of cash from previous business endeavors and I'm just now beginning REI. 

The City Council is looking at possibly modifying that, but there's still resistance to the idea from people who think that allowing any short-term rentals will instantly transform Ocean Shores into "Fort Lauderdale at Spring Break". 

Hello, as I am about to proceed with my real estate investment endeavors, I would like to ask is it worth getting a real estate license as an investor?

To pay off my rentals I am wholesaling (where I actually close on the property) as much as I can and also working the w-2 as well as other endeavors. 

I can’t really say it helped in my real estate journey per say but provide me with the income to accelerate my endeavors.
