@Peter Green I am not a lawyer but we have a bunch of rentals and PM - the short answer is no.

At the time I was even greener than I am now and I’m still pretty darn green.

Even if the QI gives you the green light to tie u up the property with a management contract, I'd personally consider otherwise in light of the impact it may have on the speed of sale or value of sale.
