Think of what Octobers numbers will look like and how about this years holiday season vs last years.Although we may stablize in the near term I think we will shortly see wave 2 of this market sell off , this time based on real numbers.

I want my wife to work the job she loves part time and have holidays and weekends off.

Doesn’t matter if it is a holiday or late at night, when that phone rings or an email comes in, communicate with them immediately.

By accident, I discovered through discussions with my oldest daughter who was home over the holidays from University that there is quite a market for renting out places to college students.

Otherwise, the holidays may get real tough. 

You may need to offer a lower rent in the winter also.I would also offer a lease only through May or June to start and then renew yearly from that point to keep your future vacancies in prime leasing season.I typically see a flurry of renter activity between Thanksgiving and Christmas but the weeks of the Holidays are relatively dead in terms of leads.

I have always found deals during the holidays.

The original post wasn't though and while I might have seen a slight dip through the winter/holiday season, I'm seeing rising prices now.
