You can't jump to the chase as the Phase II is the next step in the testing. 

I am in my 3rd year of college and I am starting to narrow down on careers I want to pursue in my future.

It is a great step into real estate and is the way i plan on getting started.

Or you may end up either wanting to transfer to a different college if the college you select is not a good fit or you decide to pursue a different major and your school does not offer the new major.

I'm actively pursuing properties myself in the North Shore area as well but primarily focused on the CA side (Kings Beach, Truckee/Donner). 

What steps do you take if you do not remove and how can I find out if it is "absolutely necessary and required by law" ?

@kevin hunter really appreciate the advice boss I’m actually prequalified by vets United and I got my letter, just need to finish the last things in there to do list, I’ve also been in contact with an agent for the last week out in the 29 palms area so I’m stepping game up in every way you just described thanks boss man !
