I just keep building up large deals, and slowly paying off some of the expenses until I get out of the rat race.

So, I'll have to work on the weekends on getting me and my family out of the "rat race".

Currently in the 9-5 rat race and going to school as well.

I remember handing my landlord $2,600 cash per semester (and watching my 2 roommates do the same) for a bedroom in an old creaky house which had probably been paid off for at least 20 years.I have now been out of school and in the rat race for a few years now and religiously saving my funds to invest in real estate.

Once it's signed by both parties, take it to title company and you're off to the races.

I have a passion for real estate and formula one racing.

We have 3 properties and are looking to scale up so that we can afford to quit the rat race.

New place is in the country on a couple acres, with huge trees, a creek in the back, open ground for playing, horse stalls and pasture, unbelievable amount of garage / shop space and a nice house for the wife.

On our credit report we may have a handful of medical bills but that's pretty much all our debt.To start my one of my goals is to get out of the rate race and have enough cash flow to replace my income which is $2,000.
