I am trying to figure out a better way to avoid putting up a yard post every time a property is available for rent and remove it every time a vacancy is filled.For single family homes, I think I will rig together a post where the mail box can be mounted on top of it, and I can simply add a hanging sign underneath when I have vacancy.For multifamily the mail boxes are on the wall or doors, so I don't have anything in the yard that I can mount to.  

When I pay people to hang up signs for me I make sure that they have a smartphone and use an app called evernote.They then take a picture of every sign that they place and the app/phone records the location on a map.

I said I'd be happy to talk to her anytime she was ready in the future, and was ready to hang up, but she wanted to talk then.

In as much as I respect the investor's interest to categorize to the A-D groups, Indinanpolis has so many "shades of gray" that it takes time on the ground here to really appreciate the subtle differences and find the low hanging fruit on the tree.

I recently passed my state exam to become a licensed salesperson and I am seeking a home in NYC to hang my license.

So, right, I have been hanging around here for a little more than a year now, on and off, getting my head straight on what we want for a rental property.I am still working to establish criteria and firm up the vision.Here is where I am at:1.  

Then brainstorm some on what niches I think are the lowest hanging fruit for me right now based on my income and financial situation.

I can really contribute four things to my success so far. 1) Hang out and Associate with people who are doing what you want to ultimately be doing RIGHT NOW.

Hi guys, I'm a newbie and i'll probably be asking allot of questions so don't mind me.I'm from Massachusetts , someone told me that in mass if you by an REO you have to hang on to it for 30 days before you can sell it, does anyone know if that is true
