@Fan Bi The section of the west end that I like more is between Westminster and Broadway, I agree it gets dicier between Westminster and Cranston St.

I do not however agree with folks using cash for keys frequently in lieu of proper tenant screening. 

One tenant uses Cozy which is fine, I'm just not a huge fan of waiting until the 10th to get the money but it works well enough.

Everyone on this website is addicted to cash out refinances, where there is that six month wait, which is why that's mentioned so frequently.
