I'm new to real estate and look to further expand my knowledge and hope to implement what I learn as I move forward in my new and exciting venture.

And talking about goals, one of my goals is to make $1M in 12 months through Joint Ventures with BP Members.

@Eric Western - Welcome,I too had and IT career that lasted 15 years until I ventured out on my own.  

I have been looking into Saginaw, Michigan but that seems like a very risky venture to me since I do not know much about that area except that my cash flow equation works out in almost every property I have checked out.If anyone can give me some insight on finding properties in Monmouth county or can put me in contact with a realtor you believe could help me that would be so greatly appreciated. 

My long term goals are to eventually leave the 40hr job for my own business ventures.  

I would like to build my network around town and become more familiar with my area before I venture into other cities.

For anyone venturing into this thread.While I did decide to go with PNC Bank (got all my paper work and talking to them today to do an application. fingers crossed), I had a follow up call yesterday from WF. 

@John T kemper - The DIY Forum is for construction and repair projects.Search 'how to find deals' while you are question-blasting us with all these things that take entire books to answer.  

I looked into it awhile back and none seem to want to venture in Mass.Does anyone know of any attorneys that wil even take on the case ?
