Why spend $300K to build an ADU when you can buy literally (8) or more investment rentals with $300K.

We are considering transferring the title of our new rental into an LLC partnership.

my goal is always to have passive income from rental properties but right now I’m thinking more of being able to pocket cash and later make plans on rentals.

Should I look to dive into a rental property or just wait to buy one after we get our primary?
