Looking for a GC that can do jobs on multi families in Hudson county.  

BP,I am a part time real estate investor with my full time job being in medical device sales.

I only have about 5K right now since I've just started a good full-time job about 5 months ago that isn't seasonal work. 

I don't think it is very possible for me and my gf to just get up and live somewhere else with our jobs.

Another concern I have is I have not had a stable job in the past 3 years.

That includes any profit from the rents, as well as funneling any income I have available from my day job into debts.I am very motivated to keep rolling and get started on the next one soon, but it's seeming a bit difficult when I look at the facts. 

I typically will forgive some of the interest or penalties, then use a 10Bii calculator or online calculator to come up with an amortization schedule.

Graduate, get job, save money, invest, build wealth, get married.

Commercial real estate brokerages get contacted often.Over the years I have wasted time with agents saying they wanted to transition or start out with commercial.Some are working full time jobs or part time and trying to do real estate transactions on the side.

As time goes on I realize that I like this job and would like to get more deeply involved with managing his property but I'm not sure how to assert myself without coming off like I want to take over.
