Something my ******* mortgage company could have let me know a month ago when I submitted all the gift letters and bank statements, etc.Anyway - before I get too far gone here, this is my question:Closing should have been on Tuesday - seller is accommodating and is ok with me working on securing funds for mortgage.Is it too late to approach them about owner financing?

Well now the only thing holding this up from closing seems the underwriter is now requesting the exact payoff amount including late fees and interest.

Ive been mowing my lawn on a Sunday afternoon and had to be ready to go with in a half hour and leave it half finished.

It's completely law based but includes a ton of practical advice on how to market, screen, deal with late rent, serve notices, etc.

The mindless hours of Netflix, the boring dates, the unnecessary social obligations, sleeping in after late nights out, endless small talk, etc... all take away from doing things that add value to your present and future self. 

I've been  taking up  a payment  on a mobile home  for five years  we have paper  between the owners  and us  that we wrote  what else do I need to do to make sure  that  the mobile home goes to us  when we finish don't really have money for a lawyer  can I take something to the courthouse

This mortgage-specific FICO algorithm doesn't treat late medical payments nearly as harshly as the algorithms used by credit karma, your discover card, car lenders, or basically any non-mortgage FICO algorithm.
