If I establish a new LLC primarily as a real estate entity (partnership pass through for taxes purposes) can I use LLC contributed capital to buy stocks and offset some of the LLCs real estate tax losses before transferring the LLC net income to our personal tax return?

We make $4000 a month in unemployment which will last until the end or September and have a $30,000 settlement coming on the 28th and yet people like you keep denying us for one reason or another. just pick someone and stop contributing to the already out of control housing crisis do you say the same thing about billionaires who live in 20,000sq ft mansions and all that space is unused?

If you are all contributing cash to make the purchase all cash, then all you need to do is assign value to the contributions and you deed the interests in the property accordingly.
