Okay, some people simply have no morals, I get that, they also can't understand ethical matters unless there is a dollar in it for them, I get that too.

If the person has kids, my morals would kick in, so if the HVAC people couldn't get out there till say Friday, I may go take a window unit over.

And then your ability to force appreciation is more about boosting property income than about what other SFH comps are in the area.

This will put pressure on Rep leaders in KY to show who they really side with.... farmers/economy/reality (considering KY is a perfect place to grow this stuff) or generally unfounded claims centered around morality etc.

Try not to boost the commission for people like them and we might see less of it.

I have a moral and ethical issue with rewarding people for doing exactly what they agreed to and are supposed to do.Late Fees are there for a reason.

Moral of the story here, I think you have claim there and I would pursue it.  

We used a pressure boosting pump because we were far from the road and they kept saying our pressure was fine it was the distance but it wasn't and eventually we found a leak and ran a new line, that could be a reason for a pump but not the tank.The other option and my dad did this but it isn't exactly legal.
