Haha I've become acutely aware of the tax rates in Western PA in general.

My partner lived 5-6 blocks south of that at one point and I locked my bike there for 15 minutes and my bike seat got stolen.

My neighbor rehabbed a 4/1 block home with two 1/1/1'a in the back two years ago.

From what is described in your post, Checkbook control/ IRA LLC would help alleviate the pain points you mentioned. 

The way i found out about this property was through one of my existing properties that I had listed for rent just a few blocks away.

I would love to get into Airbnb but as I search for properties in the Houston area particular inside the loop I'm running into road blocks where HOAs don't allow STR less then 3mo and most properties require monthly HOA dues.

And the tickets don't indicate what unit in which building, just that it's blocking the sidewalk.
