Whenever we've laid poison at properties, it goes in one of those big black containers, allen bolt screwed down, with a cable tie just in case.

We put a new Amana in a rental 9 years ago (very inexpensive on Black Friday) and no problems to date.

I can NOT make the numbers come out in the black.
