You've got to bring your A-game in all aspects.

The mobile homes can typically all go towards 5 year property, which is fantastic.

My water bills are high…I think it’s because my tenants have their bf/gf there all the time. 

There are opportunities around but in a market like we are in now you need to make sure all the numbers work.  

These are all ideas around the edges, but the big thing is to buy something that allows you to offset your mortgage with rent income and then save that for the next.Anyway, good luck in your search!

I admire the approach taken by ZipSmart in the US and aim to create a similar tool for all Canadian provinces but with less emphasis on the map.

We're not in the area but I would suggest looking into a mentorship/coach that can help you grow and not make all the mistakes others did before you.
