One deal can make you hundreds of thousands and set you up for future deals that are even better.

You're going to get a lot of pushback from realtors; remember they helped the seller set the price, and are not going to like lowball offers.

I suspect they may be purposely setting the appraised value low to make sure there is enough of a discount so they sell at the auction.
