But where do the inspectors get those reviews....most will be from a one time encounter from a buyer who really doesn't know a bad or good inspector from a great one after one inspection.I can tell you in Texas I am licensed to do business anywhere, but if I were buying a property in Amarillo, El Paso, San Antonio, Houston or some other city I don't know, I would be hiring a great buyer's agent.

Thank you ma'am.. just got done showing it to a potential buyer that is going to pass it on to some big time flippers out of Houston.. when i went to talk to the title company attorney he told me that $50 wasnt enough for the EMD when everything ive read and watched about wholesaling said the EMD could be between 10-100.. and also that i need a copy of the deed to be able to put contract in escrow
