Housing choice voucher (HCV) is a federal program (HUD) administered at the local level by the city or county housing authority...section 8 is just 1 HCV program.

Because people demand there FREEDOM, but, demand it be free of any harm or accountability for THERE CHOICES. 

It seems like reaching out to a broker might be a good choice.

There are so many choices to make I'm just so stressed on figureing it out idk what to do.

Maybe as we grow it would be a good choice.

Separate unless you have ZERO choice....as stated, if a tenant isn't paying the bill, they couldn't care less about going nuts with water, electricity, gas etc etc.If you have kids, you know what I'm talking about :)

Most of our future properties were usually not initially fit for prime time conventional financing so we had little choice.

Why getting higher rates, downpayment and closing costs unless you have no choice.

Going back to a previous comment I'd made, I think part of the issue is I really haven't narrowed down exactly where I want to focus (Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, or even home market in Chicago suburbs) so I haven't fully committed to either yet as I'm trying to learn about all of them before making a choice. 

Choice home warranty paid by the sellers sent someone to take a look.
