In fact, this is in-line with the information I am seeing.The two to three hundred thousand number I quoted earlier is what will be added to the already in foreclosure inventory over the next four to six months, (or what is considered to be the peak buying season) directly due to Alt-A and Option ARMs.

If I want to stay at my own property for more than 14 days during the peak season -- even if it's to do repairs/maintenance -- the property manager is saying that I must pay them commission based on the current rental rate .

LA has not surpassed the prior peak and rents in most areas have not grown that much from 10 years ago.The inland markets where a small amount of cash flow is possible are still susceptible to crashing in value..

According to the the Mortgage Bankers association mortgage rates are down nearly a full percentage point on a conventional 30 year mortgage since their recent peak in October.
