when a tenant tells the judge that i'm lying and they paid rent, i just whip out my notebook and he sees the log i've kept for each unit and for how long....again, not the most advanced system, but it's always (knock on wood) upheld in court for me...now, i do try to transport that to excel every few months, but i've been lazy at that lately :)

Close to down town in my city, new public transportation (trains) and new corporate business like Target, Walmart, Wendys and Lowes have new business in the same area.
