imagine if the loan officers husband was appraiser, would that raise red flag, her husband was doing a quote for the 203 b it would seem like conflict, maybe there is some lenders on BP that can shed some light, I have been wrong before

@Blake Elder On a sidenote, using a deed of that nature will not convey your existing title insurance to the LLC You should use a grant or warranty deed They are the same thing just a different name I could be wrong on this but you may want to look into it Furthermore I don't think there's any more cost associated with the grant deed I guess you could always talk to the person who gave you title insurance

And they're not wrong to feel that way either - it's just how things were framed to them.So to your question, my prediction is the market will react (as it has this week) and rates will get worse and we'll have slump in demand short-term, and that rates will settle down for the spring market.
