I do think there is a trade off.If you want a mentor, there has to be trade offs.

I know it's foolish to think that it can't but we have had steady population (+/- 1% per year for decades) and are rarely affected by the market swings that seem to drive the rest of the country crazy.

Additionally, there are SO many investors it's hard to compete unless you're swinging in with a cash deal.
