It's cool that you can see what they are and how many times they are given out...but it would also be cool if it could include a progress tracker so that you can see where you are in your progress towards achieving each award.Not sure how difficult this would be, but I think it would be a fun feature to add.

I can tell you finding anything w/a CoC return of 10% or greater is very difficult in the TX cities w/MSA > 250K.

I do this because it's too difficult to deal with the telco companies when I don't actually have an account with them at the rental location....they only want to deal with the account holder (the tenant).

It seems like flipping would be difficult because the best type of deed you can give is a quit claim deed, which some people may not mind but most would.
