So a GURU from Utah or Arizona doesn't know Chicago.In Maricopa County, AZ you can have an eviction in just a week, in Chicago it can take 8-9 months in cases.

Presumably, the title company mails the deed to the county clerk and then at some point (the next day, the next week, the next month) it gets recorded.Are you saying that between the time the closing takes place and the time the deed is recorded, the buyer doesn't own the property (because it wasn't recorded)?
