It’s all one lump sum and from what I can tell the only stipulation is that you can’t evict during the months that have been paid unless it’s for safety or criminal reasons and then you have to pAy the money back.I’ve qualified for the state program, the program from the city of Houston and harris county, and my usual hopwa grant.
