Iwas looking at a review of a different seminar/course and in the comments someone said they also teach how to purchase using credit cards, I think there was a article here or on REIclub where the author said he used credit card cash advances.So does anyone know methods to use credit cards for real estate?

In the past I couldn't ever find any info on it other than to go through some sort of servicer, but apparently now you can get a security inspection and experian's authorization and buy the software and report your customer's accounts to them.

I know for a OO residence, you can deduct the funding fee as PMI on your taxes (disclaimer - this could be done when we originated our loans, you'd have to check if Congress still allows this at the present time).
