Hello all-We are about to begin a rehab project on a single family home which currently lacks air conditioning.

Therefore, I have very decorative security-bar doors, glass block basement windows (the ones with vents for air circulation), motion detector flood lights, and very nosy neighbors, whom I stay on good terms with!

If there is a problem with a main component of the property (such as electrical, air conditioner, roofing, etc.), we will acquire a price for repairs from a licensed contractor in that particular field.

Its like creating money out of thin air.
