So I have been looking at Tranquility 4mm Lake Fork Creek Cedar Click Resilient Vinyl from lumber liquidators.

I'm as green as they come but I know I have the desire, the energy and the attitude to make it happen. 

Include an additional $4 to $10 a square foot for distribution lines and heads.The DOH (NJ Department of Housing) will verify all of this before issuing you a 'green card' to be able receive your Certificate of Occupancy (CoO) to rent the spaces when your construction is complete.

Sadly, many owners out there accept this laissez-faire style of management because they don't care as long as the rents roll in or they are green as the hills and completely trust the PM in every decision.

I just wanted to hopefully get it out there that you should be asking questions, no matter how new, green, or how little knowledge you have.

Just googled @Stephanie Cabral Dynasty Celadon, and love it too--a light gray green tint with a bit of whimsy is how I would describe it.  

Kyle Green with Mortgage Alliance, although in Vancouver, probably has a great referral.

I removed the green carpet, painted all of the wood panel, removed the wall paper trimming around the ceiling, new counter tops and flooring.
