So@Jay Hurst and @Chris Seveney are y'all recommend no LLCs at all or simply an LLC to own the property in the correct state?

If so, why did you do it?

BRRRR is not a great strategy in most markets now because inventory to buy is low so you have to pay more which shrinks your mini-renovation to rent ratio due to rates as well.LLCs are of no use to you now at all unless you are going to run a business through it before investing in real estate for two years.

The only thing is if the MFR is purchased with this, but not for the business then you may not be able to consider it in this loan so you may still need an alternate option there.

If you click on the individual owner page there is an error but you can still submit an application to list and you can still see listings so there is nothing  indicating that they are stopping operation that I could see.

So you must add them manually in LS.

By last night and early this morning, I did suggest that they evacuate but that they could stay if they didn't have any other options (surge is my main concern, we are on the 18th floor so I don't think they will have an issue with that and we have Miami/Dade qualified hurricane protection)...BUT, I was very forthright that they would likely be without water and electricity and stuck on the 18th floor possible for some time.
