Hi, I have a duplex near Newark NJ that I purchased 4 years ago under my name, and have since turned into a rental a couple years back.

I just can't expand further than the 10 lots that are currently there. 2 TOH ($400/month, includes water/lot rent)2 POH (vacant)6 vacant lotsHouse is currently used a long term rental. $1200 per month.

I then turn the home into a rental, or sell it for a profit. 

How many of you include ceiling fans in your rentals?

What are other rentals near your area offering in terns of finishes on the bathroom?

As someone who has been investing in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years, I can tell you that it's a market with great potential for long-term rentals (LTRs).

Hello I dont know how to do all the rennovations I see my brothier doing at his rental project, I just feel like at a base leval I dont know anything no matter the history and work, how am I going to buy my first deal when I dont know ****  pleas help me dial it out of this hell  refering to the rehab skills mainlyhow to deduct all deffered maintances and otherwise I make 1k a mouth but what happens when a major rennovation takes place
