This recommendation though is not saying anything BAD about another company so just like in every situation, do your due diligence and interview a couple different companies to find one that fits your needs.

Post an ad, today, in Craigslist - pay the $7 they've started charging and start interviewing people if you're serious about the property. 

interview several builders who build multi family, get lots of references from their previous customers. make sure they have a track record of on time and under budget.

I use my two months rent upfront and the interview as a screener and never take anyone who wants to pay the security deposit in installments.
