The prudent instruction would be to tell them to have buyers in mind before approaching an owner occupied homeowner, as the risk of not having a buyer has a probability of failure and upon that failing a greater chance of having a ticked off seller.

It may seem handy, but it increases the likelihood of problems when tenants (or Landlords) don't know how to properly use it.I would contact the manufacturer directly for instructions, then write them down for future reference.

@Shawn Thom and @Roy Gutierrez There are a couple of other things I've learned from the manufacturer (not sure if they are in the instructions or not).

I haven't gotten any of the promises EXPENSIVE mentors gave me, "step-by-step" instruction, "someone holding you by the hand", none of that garbage worked, the mentor was unavailable for MY needs and just sent me a bunch of copy-and-paste emails.
