By talking to a real person, I got the warm fuzzies I was dealing with a real company and not some scammer from an overseas country.

I love to see people from Ohio going out and living in a warm place, as I really want to move somewhere warmer.

I know lots of investors in Wilmington who rent beach houses to UNCW kids during the year and AirBnb during the summer, but prices are outrageous (just like everywhere warm!)
