Well, I have never considered cashing out 401k, but I have 200K in cash and am debating do I pay off mortgages to get more CF, invest in more RE, or stock market. 

As such, they are free game to debate.

I have never created a business plan and I have always debated on if it is worth the time spent.

I’m debating on selling it and collection the profit, renting it for a few years and then selling it before my lived in primary residence 2out of 5 years Claus is out, or keeping it because of the low interest rate.
