A property may have contracted services for Laundry, pest control, trash hauling,landscaping, snow removal, elevator servicing, cleaning services, window washing, securityservices, parking lot sweeping, etc.

@Evan Polaski the issues are 1 cats but the cats are not ours they were left by people who don’t rent from us it was just a house that is close by and I told them we were working on it with animal control.

VRBO has acted reprehensibly through this, but they’ve stopped short of confiscating and refunding payments.This space needs some new players.

Maybe enough time to for the virus to be controlled and for work to again be available.

Once you do that figure out the real players in that strategy and network with them.

You could work with them to use parts or all of that in lieu of this month or next this also gives some control to them.You can talk with them and see if they can make this month (most should since we arent so far away).
