If the property is at its peak value  and you think rents will not go up significantly in the next few years and your only thing that can go right is interest rates come down - you are putting all your eggs in that basket.

So I said no worries I’ll just go by and walk the property and peak through the windows.

Not concerned about buying near the peak? 

I think her plan is to rent long term during off season and then short term in peak season and just pay the fines as they come.

@Josh AngelesSure and if you look at the graph even the folks who buy at the peaks seem ok long run.

That is just a guessing game for anyone you ask; however, I believe the peak is coming sooner than later.

I have seen peaks inside from the front door and it looks perfect from there. 

I wish I would have sold some of my stocks at their peak and set the cash aside for real estate.
