I did some comps on my unit and for a three bedroom, its looks like a range of 1700-2100.

I would begin my process with alot of learning, first Youtube because its free ,but  Udemy has some really good stuff on their for people beginnning their SEO/Inbound life on a side note if you get good at this, no one will ever assign you a job again because being a top tier SEO guy is VERY lucrative (I'm trying to get their too!). 

The things that gets me with them is they haven't done anything with the property in three months.

I like to check out any property with at least 1 of three people (my realtor, my contractor, my mentor).

I have three properties and wanted to see what I can use them for.

I still use the first guy my realtor suggested from 12 years ago, but now that I have 18 properties we have three different Plumbers/HVAC companies that we can call on.As for the operations side of things a Realtor has been nice to have in the back pocket but of the 18 houses we have bought I think I found 14 of them on our own. 

If three people rent together, I go over the lease with all three of them at the same time.

Regardless of how you find them, try to interview at least three managers.1.
